Beautiful glass blown pumpkins will be at the heart of a fundraiser for Food Share, Lincoln County’s free food distribution center helping to reduce family hunger in the area.

Oregon’s Second Annual Glass Pumpkin Patch is hosted by Bill Hunt and the Kelp Forest Gallery and Ocean Beaches Glass, September 3rd and 4th. Peruse nearly 1,000 hand blown glass pumpkins of many colors and sizes. They are created by artist Patrick Cahill who was born and raised here on the Oregon coast and who says he’s finally found his life’s passion in creating expressive blown glass artwork.

Glass blown pumpkins will be on display at Kelp Forest Gallery, on the east side of Highway 101 immediately south of Fred Meyer, September 3rd and 4th, 9am-5pm. For more information call Food Share at 541-265-8578, or Kelp Forest Gallery at 541-265-2420.
